Reorganized *.pcf flash file names

From now on, the *.pcf flash files for the following models:

  • U9
  • V3
  • V3i
  • V3ie
  • V3im
  • V3r_V3v
  • V3t
  • V3x
  • V1100
that contain SP lock, are having the word Locked in the end of the file name.
